Our community offers a warm atmosphere with a double sided fireplace. Residents enjoy private, ADA-accessible suites, furnished or personalized with their own furniture, with larger patio suites available in assisted living and intermediate care.

Daily Meals

Our menu, crafted by a registered dietitian and prepared by our culinary team, offers healthy, delicious meals tailored to residents’ diets. Each resident enjoys three daily meals and snacks, while our dining room fosters social interaction and friendships.

Utility Service

We provide heat, electric, and water service. Cable television is also available in our living rooms and activity rooms. All rooms have cable, phone, free wifi, and emergency nurse call system. We also include camera monitoring in common areas.

Housekeeping Service

Our friendly housekeeping staff provides a light cleaning in room daily with deep cleaning weekly or as needed.

Laundry & Linen Service

Our staff individually washes our residents’ personal items and bed linens on a weekly basis. This service can be done more frequently if required.

Life Enrichment Program

We have a Life Enrichment Coordinator that provides planned recreational programs. These activities include social gatherings, games, crafts, weekly outings, community outreach, community events, outdoor activities, visiting entertainment, and beauty salon.

24-Hour Staff

We have professionally trained staff on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All our staff undergoes rigorous training including dementia and medication management training.

Transportation

Our manager helps arrange transportation to doctors, senior centers and other appointments. We also have a bus on campus for group outings.

Special Needs

We have a special needs plan for those who may require additional care that is not considered consistent with assisted living criteria. These include hospice, additional staffing, and other unique circumstances.

Preventive Pest Control Program

Vicinia Gardens has partnered with EcoLab for monthly preventative pest control services. Every day they help us make the world cleaner, safer, healthier and help protect vital resources. We received personal service delivered by the most experienced and highly trained field experts in the industry.
