Additional Information

Residents will have the option to sign a monthly or an annual lease. Monthly leases are subject to rate increases at any time, with a 30-day written notice. Breaking an annual lease will result in a 1-month rent penalty (including the base rate and second-person fee). Exceptions that allow an annual lease to be broken without penalty include the resident passing away and community moves (VIL to VAG, VGM, VGT, or Vicinia Cottages). If a resident switches rooms in VIL, the annual lease will continue at the discounted rate of the new room (does NOT recommence for another year).
$500 room reservation fee and $1,500 community fee are equal to the $2,000 non-refundable deposit. See Lease for further details.
